Read Across America

In conjunction with the National Education Association's Read Across America, Erie Elementary was treated to a visit by the Cat in the Hat on Monday, March 3. Our theme was "There is a pot of gold at the end of every good book". We all wore green and got to take a lucky guess at how many books are in our elementary library. We wrote our guesses on gold coins and filled up the pot. Lucky Charms cereal was the snack of the day.
