ICC High School Competition Day

Thirty-four students, Mrs. Allene Hensley, Miss Kelci Adams, and Mr. David Ingram left Erie High School at 6:30 a.m. to travel to Independence Community College for the annual High School Competition Day. After a morning of competition, students went to Pizza Hut for lunch and then returned to the college for the competition results.
Students placing included: Maggie Vogts, 1st in Spanish II; Magan Brinson, 2nd in Spelling; Danielle Jacobs, 2nd in Pencil Drawing and 2nd in 2-D Computer Art; Michael Shouse, 2nd in French II; Tyler Kiister, 2nd in Business Math; Paula Collins, 3rd in Photography; Mallory Wimsett, 3rd in Basic English; Tanna Clevenger, 4th in Chemistry; Derrick Cooley, 4th in Photography, Chris Greve, 4th in On-Site Architectural Drafting; Bryce Ruble, 5th in Public Speaking, Cameron Testerman, 5th in Mr. Future Business Employee; Kyle Lucas, 5th in Business Math; and Mackenzie Sears, 5th in Parliamentary Procedures.
