Erie High Charter School

Spirit Week

by Jessica Guerrero

September 21, 2007

Spirit week at Erie High School is September 24th-28th. The reason for spirit week is to promote spirit for Football Homecoming on Friday, September 28.  After the football game there will be a Homecoming Dance held in the high school multipurpose room. Erie High students are allowed to dress up and show their school spirit. On Monday, September 24th, there is no school. Tuesday, September 25th, is famous couples day. Wednesday, September 26th, is class competition.  The freshman are to dress in 80’s style, sophomores in 70’s style, juniors in 60’s style, and seniors in 50’s styles. Thursday, September 27th, is Red, Black, and White day, so wear those colors and show school spirit. And on Friday, September 28th, is dress up day. For the Posse, there is a blackout right after pictures. Spirit Week is a time for being creative, so have fun with it.
