7th Graders Participate in City Project

The 7th grade is currently working on a city project in which they will elect city officials and create a city of their own. Chad Dozier a senior at the high school is helping the students elect city officials and create their city. After electing city officials each of the students will research their city position and write a job description. The students will also be given situations in which they will have to act in order to help the city function. Students have been studying about the goods and services offered to them by the city of Erie and used the internet to research services offered by the city of Fort Collins, Colorado.
